The “Child Care Law” will come into force from 1st January 2016. Currently, 2000 people have applied to look after children; 60% of them are from provinces, 40% from UB. Approximately, 59,000 children who are not being educated in the kindergarten will be in care of this service. In first phase, 10,000 children will be involved in the law, because of state has budgeted MNT 10.8 billion for the look after service.
The citizen who operates look after service must be 18-65 years old, educated higher than general education, must have the ability to communicate with the children, healthy in physhologically and infectious disease, and not accused of crime.
