According to the “Anti-Corruption Law”, Mongolian civil servants are obliged to report their income and capital assets by the 15th February every year. As of 31st January, 25100 of all 40000 civil servants have reported their income data to the respective organizations. This represents a 62.7% response.
There are 276 senior state officials, who must report their incomes to the Anti Corruption Executive Agency. So far only 87 have responded. Here are the details: 15 MPs, 18 ambassadors, 5 consuls, 14 directors of governmental executive agencies and 35 others (members and directors of committees etc).
